Please know that FracTEL does not support or facilitate this activity in any way. If you provide us with the

necessary information, our team will review it to determine if the Caller ID is a phone number assigned to

FracTEL and whether the calls placed to you came from the FracTEL Network.

You can report abuse by emailing our support department at reportabuse@fractel.net, In the email, please

include the phone number that received the call(s) as well as all Caller IDs that called and the date range of

the calls and any other information about the call you received. We do not encourage any interaction with

calls you suspect may be illegitimate and recommend disconnecting immediately.

Your email will automatically open a support ticket in our system. Our support team will research the

information you pass on to us. We will confirm if the number is actually assigned to FracTEL. Many on-

line databases are not accurate and erroneously show FracTEL as owner. Please also understand that it

is a simple matter to spoof Caller ID. FracTEL has more than four million telephone numbers and often

parties use our numbers as Caller ID, even though they have no association with FracTEL. We will also

check the recent calling history of the dialed number and Caller ID on our network to determine if the

reported abuse was performed using our network. If we find that the calls you received came from the

FracTEL Network, we will immediately block your number from receiving calls on our network. We will

also forward your complaint to the subscriber or reseller who made the call. If we do not receive a

satisfactory response and resolution within 24 hours,we will terminate service for this customer.

Unfortunately, if the calls were not made using the FracTEL network, we have limited ability to block the

calls. However, we will forward the abuse report to the subscriber or reseller that was issued the Caller ID.

They have 24 hours to investigate their calls and respond to the abuse complaint or face suspension of

services.

We generally suggest that you contact law enforcement if the calls are harassing or threatening in nature.

If the calls are simply annoying and unwanted or violations of the Do Not Call list, you can file a report

with the FCC, they have methods for tracing and determining who is making these calls. You can do so at

this website:

https://www.fcc.gov/consumers/guides/stop-unwanted-robocalls-and-texts

You can verify that your phone number is registered with the Federal Do Not Call Registry at this website:
