Log in to the Fractel Dashboard. Select FoneNumbers from the Resources Menu.
Chose the number to edit from the list by clicking on the orange pencil icon at the right side of the page.
Click on Call Settings.
Change the Service type to Fax2Email. The page will update with the fields for Receiver email and Valid Sender Emails.
Enter the Receiver Email address.
Enter The email addresses you wish to authorize as sender email addresses. Separate emails in the list with a comma.
Note: You will need to include the Receiver Email in the list of Valid Sender Emails
Press Submit to save the changes. When you return to the FoneNumbers page you should see the Voice Service is now set for Fax2Email.
