This procedure assumes you have admin access to your FracTEL Portal and the Ring Group has already been configured. The screen shot below shows a configured Ring Group
Log in to the FracTEL portal and select Manage Ring Group from the Features Menu. Select the Ring Group you want to add the forward extension to from the drop down menu and press submit.
Enter an extension number in the Forward Menu Extension. This number can not be the same as any of the extension or Speed Dials already configured on your account.
After you have entered the Forward Menu extension number in the ring group click on the submit button at the page to make you change active.
The Forwarding extension can be used by any phone on your account to forward the ring group.
