Fractel is registered as an Interconnected VoIP Service Provider with the United States Federal Communications Commission and is required to collect and pay a fee to the FUSF on all inter-state and international voice services. The FUSF fee is set as a percentage of revenue and changes quarterly. It generally ranges between 14%-16%.
