Using your favorite browser, go to the Fractel User Dashboard (http://dashboard.fractel.com). 

Your User Name is your email address. If you are logging in for the first time, or if you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your email address and press "Submit".  If your email address is is a valid User Name, an email with a link to set your password will be sent to that address.
