In the Manage Settings menu you will be able to configure the what sound files your customers hear on inbound call and transfers. You can also manage the out bound ring and set the Music On Hold for use with FracTEL CloudPBX,  To manage these settings.
Log in to the FracTEL portal.

Select Manage Settings from the Features menu tab. 



On the Manage Settings Page you will find Drop down menus, that will list all the sound files that are on your account to choose from. These setting are global for all devices on your account.


Hold Music -  Choose the Hold Music from the drop down menu. Default Options are listed below

  • FracTEL Playlist
  • Classical Playlist
  • Default Playlist 1
  • Default Playlist 2
  • Default Playlist 3
  • Default Playlist 4

Incoming Ring - Sets the sound file your customers hear when calling to your FracTEL Cloud PBX

  • Default - Quiet, no ringing sound is played
  • US Ring 

Outgoing Ring - Sets the sound your users hear when dialing outbound calls

  • Default - Quiet, no ringing sound is played
  • US Ring 

Transfer Caller Ring -  Sets the sound file your customers hear when being transferred in your FracTEL Cloud PBX

  • US Ring
  • Uploaded Sound File - If you haved added sound files to your CloudPBX they will list as available options in this drop down menu.
