First, login to the Fractel Customer Portal. Under Tools, click on "Show PBX Config". If you have more than one account, select the account and press "Submit". Using the pull-down menu, select the type of configuration that is most appropriate for your server. Change your server configuration using the information provided. Account names, passwords, IP addresses and URLs are specific to your account and should be used exactly as shown. If you need additional assistance, open a Trouble Ticket using the HelpDesk or send an e-mail to email@example.com.
